Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue providing requested services or communications.
5. Protection, Retention, And Transfers
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and engagement. We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs. General website enquiries are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 24 months if there is no active engagement, legal hold, contractual requirement, or continuing business need. If data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection where required by the PDPA.

This website uses essential cookies for security, session handling, and form submission. You can adjust browser settings to refuse cookies, though some website features may not function as intended.
7. India DPDP Notice
For India data principals, Provenant AI Labs Pte. Ltd. acts as the data fiduciary for personal data submitted through this website unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We collect and use personal data for the notified purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, evaluating pilot discussions, managing commercial communications, security, compliance, and recordkeeping. You may withdraw consent, request correction or erasure, and raise grievances through the data protection contact below. Withdrawal may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry or continue the requested engagement. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data through public enquiry forms.
Cross-border processing may occur because Provenant AI Labs is incorporated in Singapore and may use service providers or infrastructure outside India. We will handle India personal data subject to applicable law, contractual safeguards, and any transfer restrictions notified by competent authorities.

Provenant AI Labs Pte. Ltd. has designated a data protection contact for PDPA requests. Access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion, retention, grievance, and data-protection enquiries may be sent to privacy@provenantai.sg. We may need to verify your identity and engagement context before acting on a request.
9. Data Incidents
Suspected personal-data incidents should be reported promptly to privacy@provenantai.sg. Where required by Singapore law, Provenant AI Labs will assess and notify affected individuals and/or the Personal Data Protection Commission in accordance with applicable PDPA data-breach notification obligations. Where India law applies, we will assess and respond to personal-data breaches in accordance with applicable DPDP Act and related rule requirements.
